How do you make your furniture? The furniture is made with mortise and tenon joinery using a combination if modern machinery and skilled craftsmen.
Which glue do you use? We use quality epoxy and polyurethane glue in all our furniture.
How do you pack this furniture? The products are packed in corrugated paper or hard carton boxes.
What kind of fittings you use? All fittings are made of brass or stainless steel.
How can I purchase this furniture? You can contact us via email or fax us the items you are interested in.
Can I purchase only one or 2 sets? Sorry. We only deal in container loads but if you are a trade buyer you can order a sample from us for review.
What kind of guarantee do your provide? We provide a warranty of ONE YEAR against any manufacturing defect.
Do you provide cushions too? yes, we also manufacture outdoor cushions with different fabrics. We even can provide Sunbrella on request.
Does this website feature all the products you manufacture? Yes but on request we can make any product you need for your market.
Does your company accept custom designs? Yes. Since we are a primary manufacturer we do have a capacity to serve such customers.
Where do you ship from? We ship from Sermarang port, Central Jawa, Indonesia
What is FOB? Free on Board. That means you will not be paying anything else to us except the listed price. All local charges will be paid by us. The only cost you pay for the shipment will be the fregith cost.
